Policy for missed appointments, or late appointments

By utilizing our services, our consent policy clearly states that when you are scheduled for an appointment that you will be expected to honor our time. A valid credit card will be kept securely in our system, and our provider(s) will use discretion whether to charge you for the missed time. Two missed appointment may result in being discharged from the practice.
